Skate Park

Skateboarding is the biggest growth youth culture in this City. As hustlers of culture, free of grants and the need to kiss ass, we intend to provide the City's first indoor skatepark here at Curtis Mayfield House. It will cater for big panted kids from the 8 - 16 age group. It will be very, very fly & provide a rites of passage type meeting place for skateboarders sick & tired of charvers & the Police force making their lives hell. We shall also run competitions and get top international skaters to visit. The council are launching an outdoor facility in Exhibition Park, which is long overdue. We intend to offer something very different, tailored to a younger market & run along the same principles as the club.

Don't hold your breath for this as we don't use grant money ar anything like that and we have to make the money out of the club to build it. This will be years, but worth the wait.
