Live Music

This floor is going to be a live music venue. It will feature state of the art PA provision and cater for somewhere between 250 & 350 people. Like the club, it will be luxurious & available to hire for peanuts. Taken in the context of the whole building, this will be another welcome & worthwhile angle for the Newcastle scene. We'll showcase local bands etc & also bring top quality international artists who aren't so far up their own bums to play a fly little lounge. We also have plans to get into the spoken word thing, with Arthur Scargill, Germaine Greer, David Attenborough and Tony Benn, top of our wish list. This may sound impossible but making impossible into events is the name of our game. At all times, we will retain control of who we invite to play & speak here. Kinda along the same lines as the way we have 'paying guests' rather than 'customers', in the club.
