The Bar

The Trent House we know & love today, has had the same direction since the mid 80's. Back in the day, there were many good individual type bars in Newcastle, but the way the city stands now, the Trent is the last old skool, City Centre bar there is left. Don't know if it is because it's been so much fun, or just cos nothing else had quite the same buzz? But we've kept on doing it & grown stronger by keeping our values & swerve in a fast changing city & marketplace. Make no mistake, we all work at the Trent because we love it, always have, always will. It is something of which we are immensely proud, because it's the best & we believe in it 100%. We maintain the finest jukebox in the country & always feature Northern Soul. Comparing the Trent to any other bar, is like trying to measure love or joy with a ruler.
